Carry-in Services

Team Technology performs both warranty and non-warranty repairs of Apple computers.  A $60 diagnostic fee is collected at time of service request for all non-warranty work.  Bring in your Apple Computer to our repair counter and we will process your service request.  Service is done on a first come first served basis.  Priority service is available upon request for an additional fee.

Service pricing is based on a Tier level plus the cost of parts.  Some of the services provided by TEAM Technology, but not limited too, are: Computer diagnostics, Virus scan, OS updates, RAM installation, Hard drive backup services, Data recovery, TEAM Tuneup (includes OS updates, Virus Scan and Drive Optimization), Training, Mac to Mac data transfer, and PC to Mac data transfer.

We do offer software support services for the iPhone, iPod, and iPad however, for repairs of the iPhone, iPod, or iPad you must make an appointment at a Corporate Apple Store.


Phone Support: Phone support is available Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM.  We will attempt to solve the issue for a nominal fee.  In cases were the technician feels it’s not possible to fix your problem over the phone you will be presented with different repair options such as carry-in, On-site or Remote Support.


On-site Services

Our Apple Certified technician will travel to your home of office* to solve your computer problems.  You can always contact us to work out a special rate if you’re outside the twin cities metro area.

The onsite service rate is $175 per hour plus cost of any parts needed. A $50 trip fee is charged for all onsite services except for those under service contracts. Common onsite services we perform, but not limited to, are: Site survey, New hardware installations, Mac OS X server & Xserve installations, wired and wireless network installations, and network troubleshooting.


Service Contracts: TEAM Technology offers service contacts which will give you priority service and also offers you a discount on our already low rates.  Contact our office at 651-738-1134 to discuss a service contract and how it can benefit you.

Remote Support


Support is now as quick as a phone call and a few clicks on your web browser away. TEAM technicians can see your screen, control the mouse and work as if physically present.
