If you are looking for some personalized training on your new computer, or some advice about a project you are working on, our TEAM Care package may be an excellent opportunity for you. For $99 you get 8 one-hour individual training lessons on your Macintosh, Mac OS, iLife and iWork. You can spread your lessons out over the course of a year, or have all 8 lessons in a single month. You don’t need to adjust your schedule to accommodate TEAM Care lessons.

TEAM Care Plus

We also offer a complete service package. With TEAM Care Plus, for $149 you can have 12 lessons, plus:

We know you need your computer repaired ASAP.  As a TEAMCare Plus member you get “Next in line, First on the bench” service.

Remote Support

Support is now as quick as a phone call and a few clicks on your web browser away with one complimentary remote support session. TEAM technicians can see your screen, control the mouse and work as if physically present.

Data transfer to a new Mac

We will transfer you data from your working old Mac to your new one.

10% discount on Applecare

AppleCare is an important part of your new computer you can save as much as $35 on the AppleCare Protection Plan when you purchase a new Mac and TEAMCare Plus.
